A binocular vision evaluation precedes therapy: assessment of eye alignment, convergence ability, accommodation, eye tracking, and visual processing. A customized therapy program is developed. Sessions are typically 45‑60 minutes once or twice weekly for 3‑6+ months, incorporating in-office activities with computer-based and lenticular tools, plus daily home activities. Progress is monitored with regular assessments.
